Returns and Exchanges Policy

If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipping, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Once an item has shipped, it is unfortunately considered beyond our immediate control, and we can no longer amend or change that order. Returns of goods are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item, with the exception of custom orders and clearance items, which are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged. To facilitate a return, the item must be in its original packaging and condition, along with proof of purchase included in the return shipment to ensure proper processing. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will conduct a thorough and detailed inspection for any damage or discrepancies and will process a refund if the item is returned in a damage-free condition.

Please note that we take great pride in our craftsmanship and in working with natural materials. As such, some variations in color, texture, and grain are expected and unavoidable due to the unique nature of each piece. If you happen to find any defects or unexpected marks that you believe require our attention, please do not hesitate to reach out to us for assistance. To better assist you with your concerns, we encourage you to have photographs available for reference during your communication with us.

The responsibility for return shipping falls on the customer upon acceptance of the return policy. Returned goods that have not been pre-discussed with our team will not be accepted and it will be the customer's responsibility to retrieve these items.
