    Local pickup is by appointment only in New Westminster, BC, at no additional cost. Please select the option from the drop-down menu, and we will reach out to you with available appointment options.

  • Local Drop Off

    Limited local drop-off is available for customers in Burnaby, New Westminster, and select areas of Vancouver and North Vancouver. Please enter your location during checkout to confirm eligibility for this service.

    If local drop-off is not available, we offer free pick-up in New Westminster, BC. Please see local pick up section for more details

  • Canada Wide Shipping

    Vandenberg Woodcraft offers Canada-wide shipping for our handcrafted items, with exceptions for the territories and certain remote areas. We prioritize prompt delivery and will notify you of any unexpected delays caused by factors beyond our control.

    While we strive to ship to as many locations as possible, we may not be able to ship to certain remote areas where service is unreliable.   • Free Canada Wide Shipping

    Orders over $250 CAD (before tax) qualify for free shipping via standard ground delivery, with air service to select locations. Transit times vary by region.

    Free shipping excludes northern territories and remote areas. If you’re in one of these locations, contact us—we’ll explore options to accommodate your order and offer a shipping discount where possible.

  • US & International Shipping

    Due to circumstances beyond our control, US and international shipping is currently limited. We encourage you to reach out for details tailored to your location, as we strive to offer the best possible service.
